Rev. Philip A. Gunther - Director of Ministry
Gunther began his role as Director of Ministry October 2016. He has served in a lead pastor role for 25 years and participated in SKMB governance ministry as Executive Secretary, Assistant Moderator and Moderator. Gunther is a graduate of University of the Fraser Valley, Columbia Bible College, Trinity Western University, Eastern Mennonite Seminary and Canadian Theological Seminary.

Heather Filazek - Website and Communique Administrator
Heather began her role with SKMB September 2017. She assists with keeping the SKMB website up to date, updating church and leadership e-mail addresses and sending out the bi-monthly newsletter.

Tanya Bargen - Events Administrator
Tanya Bargen has served her church family for over 20 years in the areas of Worship, Children’s, and administrative ministry. She enjoys her career as a private music teacher and a school secretary. Tanya and her family are members of Hope Fellowship Church, Saskatoon.

Luke Etelamaki - Discipleship Coach
Luke is the Pastor of The Compass West church in Regina, Saskatchewan (2015). He is married to Bailey and they have four children. Luke received a diploma from Youth With A Mission (2006) and graduated from Columbia Bible College in B.C. (2011). Luke has previously served as a youth pastor in Estevan, Saskatchewan.

On April 8, 2024, millions of people from around the world watched a total solar eclipse of the sun. Many traveled to place themselves in the Path of Totality where they would experience the moon completely blocking the light from the sun. It was an event of a lifetime for all.
