New Leadership Development Coach - Dr. David Simpson

Dr. David Simpson is a pastor, certified executive coach, published author, and former faculty member of Briercrest College, with over 40 years of ministry experience, including serving on staff at Parliament Community Church for the past three years.
As the Leadership Development Coach with the SKMB, David will work alongside the Director of Ministry, the Leadership Development Team and the Leaders Collective Team. His unique approach involves building relationships and asking insightful questions to help current and future church leaders manage changes, enhance their leadership skills and lead effective ministries. Outside of his professional commitments, David cherishes time with his family, including his wife, Linda, their three married children, and his three grandchildren—soon to be five. He resides in Regina.
Leadership Development Coach – Roles
- Assist the Developmental Leadership Team (Leaders Collective Team) with planning, promotion and operation of the Leaders Collective.
- Assist the Director of Ministry with planning, promotion and operation of the leaders cohort.
- Assist the Director of Ministry with planning, promotion and operation of the Leadership Forum, specifically leadership training.
- Support leadership development by facilitating coaching conversations that help pastors grow in self-awareness, leadership formation, and ministry effectiveness.
- Other tasks as delegated by the Director of Ministry.

Leaders Collective Workshop

Redberry Run Fundraiser
The annual Redberry Run Fundraising event will take place at Redberry Bible Camp on May 24th. The Run starts at 10am followed by an Open House!
