Emerging Leaders
Imagine a group of young adults grounded in their relationship with Christ with interest and skills to lead in our churches, communities and around the world.

Emerging Leaders
Imagine a group of young adults grounded in their relationship with Christ with interest and skills to lead in our churches, communities and around the world.

This is for young adults (ages 22-32) who are serving in their local MB church. Ideal candidates are…

  • - Individuals who are pursuing leadership as a disciple of Christ
  • - Individuals who are active or have shown engagement in serving within their local church
  • - Young adults with the time and desire to learn and grow through all the aspects of the program

While we are aiming for the upper range of 22-32, one’s age is secondary to the qualifications.

Candidates are encouraged to work with pastors and/or leaders from their home church to discern their suitability to the program. We also encourage our SK Mennonite Brethren churches to seek out qualified candidates.

Leaders Collective is about developing leaders who are disciples of Christ. There will be a wide range of participants. Some might be in the marketplace, some will be working in churches, camps or para-church organizations, some might be involved in others studies. The participants will all be active in the church.

Upon acceptance into Leader’s Collective the sending church pays $200 AND the participant pays $200. Further subsidy for the program comes from the provincial conference (SKMB).
