Basic ministry role – preaching, teaching, facilitate worship services, community outreach, pastoral visitation.
Must be committed to discipleship and developing leaders.
Must affirm the HCFC mission and ministry and the Mennonite Brethren Confession of Faith.
Must become credentialed by SKMB (SK. conference of M.B. Churches) if called, sign a code of personal and ministry ethics and undergo a police record check.
Education and experience: Bachelor in biblical studies, pastoral ministry or theology and 5 years of full time pastoral ministry experience.

Today, I am pondering wisdom. It is said that wisdom is avoiding life’s pitfalls and reaping God’s blessings. I like that definition. I resonate with it. Conversely, foolishness is failing to heed warnings about pitfalls and thus experiencing the trouble that comes with such wrong-headed decision-making.
