• We believe God works through SKMB churches and camps, and we exist to support them.
• We desire servant leadership to shape our supporting role.
• We look to the Holy Bible, the Holy Spirit and our Confession of Faith to guide us.
• We seek God’s will in prayer.
• We see our work as Gospel-centered.
• We understand that our decisions are set within the framework of our Act of Incorporation, 

Constitution, Bylaws, and Operations Manual.

Preferred Culture

• We come beside the churches and camps of our Conference.
• We value all SKMB ministry contexts.
• We minister recognizing that the Kingdom of God extends beyond the province and denomination.
• We create an environment that facilitates long-term faithful ministry.
• We seek to communicate in relevant ways.
• We uphold both sacrificial giving and responsible stewardship.
• We desire the pursuit of authentic, transparent relationships.
