I went back to school at 66.  I was tied for the oldest student in the program.  I went back, not because I needed more letters behind my name. But because something inside me whispered, You’re not done yet.

EQUIP 2025’s purpose involves bringing our Canadian MB family together for encouragement, reflection, and greater focus on our Confession of Faith; empowering folks to teach/preach more effectively; deepening family ties for mission together; and living in greater faithfulness to the gospel.

Pastors and Directors Learning Cohort

You are invited to be part of a practical Pastoral Learning Cohort guided by Dr. Stephen Brown, President of Columbia Bible College.

The journey begins with a three-day in-person retreat at Redberry Camp, from September 24 to 26, where mutually supportive relationships will be formed and deep conversations will take place around the theme: “Leading Through Change.”
